IMAP import only imported my sent messages

Hi! I was having some trouble with emails I confirmed are available to me on the Gmail browser app were not in my Mailmate IMAP download. I decided to start from scratch. When I did, only my sent messages imported. Help!

    But your emails are still in webmail I assume?

    If not, then make sure you keep a copy of the following folder from backup, e.g., Time Machine if you use that:

    /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/MailMate/Messages

    Verify that it contains a hierarchy of your mailbox folders with email files (from before you started from scratch).

    How did you start from scratch?

    Is the account online if you look under Sources in the mailbox list? (Not greyed out.)

    Is the INBOX mailbox within the account shown using a bold font under Sources? (This indicates that it is fully synchronized.)

    (If possible, send me a screenshot of the main window using “Help > Send Feedback” within MailMate.)
