MailMate crashes after deleting random messages over IMAP

#2679

Upon deleting random messages on various IMAP accounts, MailMate crashes. Please see the crash report produced by MacOS. If I understand the crash report correctly, this is happening within the main thread while there are a number of IMAP operations going out.
