Duplicated send messages from Office365

New user and 22 days into the trial and about to convert to the paid version. I am having a duplicate send problem from my Office365 account - whenever I send a message I get two identical versions of the sent message in my sent folder (and on the web version and other email clients). It's not clear if two versions are being actually sent as brief tests between my own other addresses do not seem to support this.
I am not getting this problem in apple mail or airmail or on my Gmail account also set up in Mailmate.
I assume I've done something in the settings to trigger this but cannot identify what it is

Thanks for this and sorry I missed the earlier ticket but had looked. I glad it confirms mail not sent twice which was my main concern and will work through the steps to resolve the folder duplication. I'm not yet clear why I'm not seeing this in apple mail or airmail but will unpick.
