IMAP problem in trying to connect—PopUp message

This is a follow-up to ticket 2662.
Using MM 1.13.2 (5673) on Catalina 10.15.7., I get the following error message:

IMAP problem for "ken@kenpope.com" account
MailMate encountered the following error: "Warning:
Non-standard
response treated like NO (response: "Disconnected for
inactivity.",
command: "").".
Mailbox: "INBOX/Sent".
Retry Take Account Offline Try Later
[end pop-up]
What am I doing wrong?
