Panic - trial expiration message but I have a license
Reported by miriam | September 16th, 2020 @ 02:41 AM
Benny I am freaking out about this, because I rely on this
service. I got a message just now about an expiring trial
period:
The 30 day trial period has expired
You can continue to use MailMate, but you can only send 2 messages
each time you launch MailMate.
You have sent 104 messages.
But I am not a trial user. Is there something I need to do?

Just send me an email via “Help > Send Feedback” within MailMate and I'll help locate your license key.
The license key is saved in the login keychain which you can see using the “Keychain Access” app, but I'm guessing it somehow got lost. Maybe when switching to a new computer.
(When you bought the license key you received it by email.)

Hi. Sorry that I panicked. I found the license key. It's just that I thought the software was running for more than 30 days on my new laptop so was confused by the message. Very dumb of me.
