[FEATURE REQUEST] Add new methods to expand\collapse a message thread

At present, a message thread can be fully expanded by performing [ALT + left-click] but I think the application usability would be improved if this same function was accessible by the following:
- Toolbar = New button in the main application pane that allows toggle between expand\collapse for the selected thread.
- [right-click] = Brings up context menu which has a new option to toggle between expand\collapse for the selected thread.
Also, I think the collapse part of this may be redundant (and therefore inconsequential) since the current method of [left-clicking] the caret collapses the entire thread at the point where the caret was LC'd.
