don't understand...

i am trying to clean up my emails and get organized and have read good things about MailMate. i d/l it yesterday but there are some things i don't understand. is there a way i can talk to someone about it vs. emailing, messaging back and forth? it should only be a 5-10 minute call.

    Sorry, but I simply do not have the time or resources to do phone support. Note that I'm located in Denmark and to be honest my written English is much better than my spoken English (which is not my native language).
