Threading with Outlook-sent emails

Mailmate does not seem to be detecting the reply-to relationship between emails sent from Outlook/MS Exchange
For example, in the original email, some of the headers include the following (some domain names changed):
Thread-Topic: Chat this week?
Thread-Index: AQHWaC+fdP5k5VLi+Ei4o+XqM3arbqklmIMS///BigCAAEQGTYALw6aA
Date: Mon, 10 Aug 2020 17:20:43 +0000

However, MailMate does not regard these messages as having any
relationship. Note that the In-Reply-To field refers
to the field x-ms-exchange-parent-message-id.
I'm happy to privately send more complete header information if needed.

Hmm, this might be related to the fact that the Exchange server is automatically re-sending these emails from one account to my account.
If this is the issue, then I guess this may not be a bug report so much as a feature request that MailMate's threading mechanism is permissive enough to preserve threading for re-sent emails.
