feature request: function to reload custom keybindings

Is there a function or means to cause MailMate to reload custom keybindings short of quitting and restarting or artificially changing the set of keybindings in the preferences?
Even better, IMO, MailMate could watch for changes to the files and reload whenever they have been updated.

p.s. just getting used to MM so apologies if my questions are answered elsewhere and I haven't found the answers yet.

Contrary to many other customizable files, MailMate does watch for changes in key binding files. Let me know if you believe this no longer works.
