Error getting quota

Hello

I am getting back an error saying "MailMate encountered the following error: “Server response: “A8 NO Internal quota calculation error (0.001 + 0.000 secs).”. Command attempted: “A8 GETQUOTAROOT "INBOX"”.”. for all accounts at my host, Siteground. Is there any way for me to disable the quota query from Mailmate?

Also, please note the error I am seeing below which is preventing me from uploading an attachment. The error is "Upload Quota Reached. Please notify the account owner."

    There are 3 possible solutions to this problem:

    1. Update to the latest test release of MailMate since it's more forgiving when encountering this error: Hold down the option key while clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update preferences pane.

    2. Disable quota queries in MailMate (for all accounts) using this hidden preference (paste the line in a Terminal window):

      defaults write com.freron.MailMate MmIMAPQuotaDisabled -bool YES

    3. Make Siteground fix the server side issue of failing quota calculations.

    Let me know none of these options are helpful.
