Need License information about a new Laptop

Heloooo, I have a new Mac Air laptop and I need to transfer mailmate to it. I think I need a new license. Can't find the old one. What should I do? THanks

My password was updated on my user profile and I'm stuck there with apparently nowhere to go. What do I need? Thanks again.
