Feature Request: keyboard shortcut for "Load Once"

The Mailmate workflow for scanning email in my inbox is very efficient. One exception is loading inline images using "Load Once". There is no keyboard command for this action, so you have to use the mouse. A keyboard shortcut for Load Once would be very welcome.
