Send and Archive and Putting Archived Messages in the Wrong Place

Does MailMate have the capability to move a message into the archive folder after sending it?
When I use my Gmail IMAP, anytime I archive a message, it creates a new label in Gmail (Gmail/Archive) instead of placing the archived message into All Mail. How do I fix this?
