Deactivated spamsieve but still running and filtering

Hi
I'm new wih Mailmate.
I'm satisfied with my server spam filter and so I wanted to
deactivate the SpamSieve Filter.
I have unchecked the box "Enable" in the security preferences from
MailMate, but still, SpamSieve keeps running and filtering my
emails.
How can I definitely get rid of SpamSieve?
