Junk mail everywhere?

I am getting emails marked as junk without a spamsieve score. They are not moved to the Junk folder, but instead are being moved where I want them, but are marked as junk. I have tried setting junk and not junk flags to no avail. Is there a way I can up a rule in the destination folder to mark anything that gets there as not junk?
