Counter Disabled in Settings But Still Visible in Menu Bar

Hi.

I disabled the Counters in the menu bar (see attached screenshot "Counter Settings Screenshot.png") but I still have the "Flagged" counter showing up (see the other screenshot).
This seems to be for a while, as it is this way since I started using MailMate a while ago. Just never had the time to report this.

Currently, I am on MailMate 1.13.1 (5671).

Would be great to have all Counters disappearing in the menu bar to save the precious space :)

Let me know if you need any further details and some more tests.
