  Could you use “Help > Send Feedback” to send me the Custom.plist file. I suspect it's an issue with parsing this file.

  Hi Benny, this is going on for 2+ weeks now. Since its a major impact on workflow I would like to get this fixed asap. Do you have any updates?

  Sorry about the delay!! A quick look tells me the first line is invalid:

      "\UF728" = "deleteMessage:", "Papierkorb";
  

  It could be:

      "\UF728" = ("deleteMessage:", "Papierkorb");
  

  But actually I think it should just be:

      "\UF728" = "deleteMessage:";
  

  That should move it to the trash mailbox of the related account. You can assign mailboxes using “Mailbox > Mailbox Type” if MailMate does not use the correct one for a given account.

  If you cannot make it work based on this then I'll try the file myself.

  Thanks for the update.

  I did not touch that .plist file for months and it worked fine until I an update (after which I created this ticket).
  So the only difference could be the update.

  I will test your response now.

  Your suggestion works, so all keybindings work again.

  Could the "Papierkorb" break anything? Otherwise I would leave it like this because it worked.
