Search default include attachment filenames

#2370

Hi,

I would like to include (by default) attachment filenames within the search bar (right upper corner). I know I can use the A modifier, but that makes the search specific for only attachment filenames. How can I change the default search to standard OR attachment filenames?

With kind regards,
