Date Received - Today - Missing Time

In my inbox view the Date Received Column sometimes shows a time besides the word Today and sometimes does not. I cannot figure out why or how to get it to display all the time.

This was user error. The column width was not set large enough to show the time. Width of time text was slightly smaller in some circumstances so displayed in some cases and not in others. Increased column width. All good. Please close this issue.
