Request for default signature selection

I have email signatures that are based on time zone changes. Is
it possible to add a feature that will allow me to set a default
signature for each account? I am grateful for the current design
that it remembers based on previous communication (awesome
improvement in the latest release); however, it would be nice to
have a way to either override that feature or have a toggle
per-account (?) that would allow me to default and not have to
remember each email address to check that I have updated the
signature.
