Past Sent To Mail Addresses

This is not a bug nor even a feature request but something I was wondering about that might help me with my non-profit.

I think Apple Mail keeps track of addresses to whom you've sent an email and you can not only select contacts from your Apple Contacts app/list when addressing new mail, but also those you've sent to mail before. It might have been a different email client as I tried a few before finding my solution in MailMate.

Does MailMate have any easy way to see a list of the addresses to whom I've sent email even if those addresses are not in my Apple Address Book application?
