URL hash appearing out of nowhere in markdown mode (r5603)

I'm using r5603 and noticed that if an email is composed in markdown mode and the very last thing is a website URL, Mailmate creates a random hash.

Thanks. It's fairly harmless, that is, it doesn't affect what you send (or save). Nevertheless, I've fixed it for the next update (but variants of the same issue could possibly still exist).
