Slow / Beachball

Hi,
in recent months Mailmate became very slow when sending emails, in most cases I see a beachball for a few seconds, then it sends. It's annoying, and holds me back when working, but that's all it is. ;-)))
I do not experience speed issues elsewhere, just when sending emails I have to wait a few seconds before I can continue.
Mailmate Version 1.12.3 (5579)
Just around 8000 messages in application, also 40GB free on
harddrive.
MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 on 3GHz computer

Could you try the following Terminal command just before sending:
sample MailMate > ~/Desktop/sample_mailmate.txtThen send me the result using “Help ▸ Send Feedback”.
I'll see if I can spot any likely issues.
