Unable to get rid of deleted IMAP folders from folder tree
Reported by Andreas Jung | January 7th, 2019 @ 05:43 PM
I deleted multiple IMAP folders through Mailmate but they still show up in read (online or offline) and they just don't go away (tried to restart Mailmate or re-synchronize the account). The related folder are not visible through a webmailer like Horde...so I assume they are physically gone...how can I get rid of them inside Mailmate?

I have the same problem - any way to uninstall and delete all the files and start with a fresh copy of mailmate?

@vermagic: I would prefer to fix the issue :)
You can help me by providing a set of logs like this:
- Update to the latest test release: Hold down ⌥ when clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update preferences pane.
- Open the Activity Viewer (⌥⌘0).
- Relaunch MailMate.
- Wait for the deletion to fail (try to take the deleted mailboxes online if they are offline).
- Use “Help ▸ Send Server Logs” (reference this ticket).
Also, the following file would be helpful:
/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/MailMate/Messages/IMAP/<account>/State.plist
I should hopefully then be able to reproduce the issue(s).

r5588 did not solve the problem (thought that beta builds enabled + check now would do the same).
Modifying the plist file manually solved the issue for me.

@Andreas: Thanks for checking! I'll use the data from you to see if I can reproduce and fix the issue.

- State changed from new to cantreproduce
Unfortunately, I couldn't reproduce the problem.
@Roland: Do you still have the problem with the latest test release?
