Recurring UIDVALIDITY issues with office365 IMAP

Good afternoon,
Recently migrated from GoDaddy to office.com (office 365).
Occasionally (perhaps 3 times in the last month) I get the UIDVALIDITY error. Further more, all of my sent messages are appearing twice (see screenshot).
When migrating, I simply deleted the account for GoDaddy and added an account for office365. Perhaps something got carried over?
