Correction in manual about Sending PDFs

The manual on page https://manual.mailmate-app.com/hidden_preferences
recommends making an alias in
~/Library/PDF Services/

on 10.13 the folder is
/Library/PDF Services/

(~/Library/PDF Services/ doesn't exist on a new account). Maybe worth correcting.
