'Flagged' default folder: sub-entries do not contain Source top level

Hi Benny, just to keep you busy:
The sub-entries of the 'Flagged' default folder - nice to get an
automatic overview by folders. But:
The labels of the sub-entries do not contain the Source top level -
i.e. I end up with 2 '[Google Mail]/All Mail' and 2 'INBOX',
etc.
