Crash when waking from sleep

Not sure if this has been reported (there are a number of them, and crash logs are not always consistent in these cases, depending on the underlying cause), but here you go. Started my machine up this morning after a long weekend, had it go to sleep, then woke it up, and noticed the attached crash log. Haven't tried to reproduce at this point, but I may take a shot if I get some time.

This type of crash is new to me. It kind of seems to indicate that some Apple code is not thread safe as documented, but maybe I'm doing something wrong. Either way, I've changed the code to make this specific crash less likely.
Let me know if you can reproduce it.
