attachment changes file name after being added to message

When I attach the message.eml file (see attachment) to a new e-mail, MailMate is (correctly, since it has been redacted) unable to render it.
However, it also changes it's name (see screenshot). Shouldn't MailMate retain the original file name?

Thanks. This was a bug triggered when attaching a
.eml(message/rfc822) file with no (or empty) subject line in the headers of the root MIME part. -
