mailbox (unavailable) problem

Hi Benny
My new IMAP mailbox is showing always as (unavailable) Don't know why and so don't know if mail is sending or receiving
Have also tried importing and creating a new mailbox for my apple iCloud mail account. Same problem there. Showing as (unavailable) and mo mail showing in it at all
I tried following all of the 'new account' steps shown by MM but no luck
Any help or ideas?

The iCloud account might fail because you are not using an application specific password which is required by Apple for third party applications.
In any case, you can send me more information as follows:
- Open the Activity Viewer (⌥⌘0).
- Relaunch MailMate
- Wait for the accounts to go unavailable.
- Use “Help ▸ Send Server Logs”.
I'll then review the logs.
