UI for Keyboard Bindings?

Unless I've missed something, is seems there's no UI available for viewing or changing keyboard bindings.
Is there any plan to provide one at some point?

That is correct. It would be nice with a GUI, but it's not currently high on my list (a lot of other features/changes come before this). Therefore, I'll mark it as bluesky for now.
