Several Issues

Haven't received my Activation email yet. Upon receiving it I
may be able to solve:
(1) activating my Mailmate icloud and Gmail accounts (both offline
now) (2) continuing prompts to enterthe respective account
passwords;
also I've lost my MailMate License. Have searched my computers and can't find it (returning to MailMate after a long absence).
Please advise and thanks in advance!

I've found the email from lighthouse, and activated my account. However both accounts remain offline and do not go online and am still prompted for passwords. (I have authorized the Mailmate gmail account in google, and turned off two factor ID in icloud).

I've sent your license key via email.
The logs only show that your password is rejected. For Gmail you should enable OAuth2 in the account settings. For iCloud you shouldn't disable two factor authentication, but you do need an application specific password. Apple offers no alternative for third party applications.
If it still doesn't work then let's take it account by account. Starting with Gmail. (Both Gmail and iCloud definitely works with MailMate.)
