Message remain in INBOX following move

I noticed another resolved question related to this, but I don't seem to see the correct (expected?) behavior when I move a message to a subfolder. It shows as moved on MailMate, but all other clients (AirMail/Mail on Mac or iOS) don't show it moved out of the INBOX. My server is running Communigate Pro 6. Maybe there's a setting I'm missing to synchronize?
