smart mailboxes with time-based rules are slipping

As indicated in ticket #1828, I have many smart mailboxes which use the "date-received is (not) within last ..." as one of the conditions. Some of those mailboxes seem to be updating regularly as expected, some are erratic with that, but some update seldom. See the screencast. The very last mailbox seems to be problematic. It shows no old messages but if MM is restarted, it suddenly shows them for several days.

I upgraded to 1.11 and it seems that the aforementioned mailbox started updating like others. I keep my fingers crossed that it stays that way. I also hope that ticket #1828 will be implemented sooner than later.
