signature generation stuck on one signature

Hi,

I have recently installed MailMate and am using two different Google accounts. I have set up different signatures, one for each account. However, the same signature from one of the accounts appears consistently; the other signature will not appear unless I manually select it while composing. I've run experiments with allowing the system to properly detect the last email sent to an address with me choosing the proper signature, but to no avail.

I am a new user in trial mode: MailMate/5443 MacBookAir6,1/x86_64/4/10.13.2
I'd appreciate any advice on how to correct this.

    SOLVED: With a recent release of MailMate it appears this problem no longer exists. It may have simply required a reset of sorts.

    I'm not sure I fixed anything directly related to this, but at least I feel a bit less bad about not having had time for this ticket earlier on. Thanks for the update.

    Hello,
    This is an older ticket that I marked as "resolved" after downloading a new version of the software, but the problem with signatures not working is back, and I'm on the current version. Is there a way to "reset" the install without losing all of my settings? (BTW, I did try reset usage history).

    With respect to signatures there's only “Reset Usage History”. It won't help to reset more than that.

    Maybe there's a bug because I have an identical issue reported by email.

    Try enabling this:

    defaults write com.freron.MailMate MmDebugDerivedSignature -bool YES
    

    And then launch like this:

    /Applications/MailMate.app/Contents/MacOS/MailMate
