View->Organize by Thread not working for my Sent Messages mailbox

Messages in my Sent Messages mailbox are not organized by thread, even if the option is enabled in the View menu. This options works for all my other mailboxes.

    FYI, it was this behavior that I initially misconstrued as the setting not being per-mailbox. Let me know if you need additional info.

    I just ran out of time answering an avalanche of tickets ;-)

    MailMate (still) only supports strict threading which means that it can only show strict parent-child relationships. This also means that your “Sent Messages” would be unlikely to have any threads -- unless you have made any follow-up answers to your own messages.

    I'll close the ticket, but a less strict threading type (essentially what would be similar to subject-based threading) is still on my todo. (It's been on the todo since day 1, but I did actually make some progress last year. It's just not finished yet.)

    Thanks for the explanation. I was looking for something similar to the "Show Related Messages" feature of Mail.app. And now I think I found it: I can option-click on a subject line to get all messages with the same subject, regardless of source mailbox.
