Cannot set up mail account

Hi. I downloaded the trial but cannot setup my Outlook 365 account. I'm plugging in the details from the Accounts screen within Outlook but nothing happens. If I then try to edit the account, part of the info in the dialogue has disappeared. Are there any special instructions or tips for MS account users?

Note that MailMate only supports IMAP and not native Exchange. You need the IMAP settings for the account. What are the hostname settings you use now?
Can you reproduce the disappearance of entered data? Which field and what content?

This is what I keep receiving...
We received an email from this address that had problems being processed
into a new Lighthouse ticket:You do not have access to post to the MailMate project.
I do not wish to post my account details on this public site. Is there another way we can communicate?

Sending an email to lighthouse fails if it is not sent from the same address that was used to create the ticket. Maybe that can explain it.
If you have another working email client then you can use the email address provided here to send me the details. I'm not asking for username/password data. Just the hostname and maybe port number.
