Feature request: hidden preference to disable/customize x-mailer header

MailMate currently adds the x-header "X-Mailer: Mailmate (version)" to outgoing mails. I suggest to add a hidden preference to disable/customize the x-mailer header.

When/if implementing this then it'll probably be in the code which sends emails. That way, the emails in the “Sent Messages” mailbox would still allow you to see which email client (and version) was used to send each email.
