I don't seem to be having this issue myself. Does it fail for all accounts or just a single one?
Does it help to relaunch MailMate?
What kind of IMAP server is this? (Hostname?)

All accounts. It does not help to relaunch mailmate. All three are various versions of Dovecot, and it all stopped working late last week. mail.forgex.com and mail.savannahtogo.com are two of them. Nothing changed on the server in this time (I control all servers).
Is there a way to recreate the Junk meta-folder? Inbox, above it, works just fine. My personal SmartFolder aggregations work just fine. I'm guessing something, somewhere, suffered some kind of corruption. In fact, right now, one is bolded, suggesting unread, but doesn't show anything:

I would certainly prefer to see if I can figure out why it fails.
First step would probably be to let me see the following file:
~/Library/Application Support/MailMate/Mailboxes.plist
You can send it using “Help ▸ Send Feedback”. Reference this ticket.

Well, I should have checked my Mailboxes.plist earlier. The top-level Junk folder got a filter applied to it. Removing it fixed it. That makes this completely user error. Go ahead and close the ticket, Benny. Thanks for your help.
