Message in Inbox randomly archived

I set up messages in Inbox such as for some conditions, it will set tags and Move to Archive using Rules. But to my surprise, the Move to Archive function seems to work for some coming messages, and not for some others. Any ideas why this happens?

It's too little information for me to figure that out. You can try sending me the rules by sending me the following file via “Help ▸ Send Feedback”:
