MailMate 1.9.6 crashes at launch

After launching, the main window displays for <1s then crashes.
It's been working fine for years before this happened. The only different thing is that I enabled 2-factor authentication and app-specific passwords in Fastmail.
PS I've deleted my account info from the terminal output

It's not clear to me what went wrong here, but it does appear to somehow be related to the FastMail account.
I'm afraid the safest thing to do would be to force MailMate to refetch the emails for the account. You can do that by removing (or moving to be safe) the following folders:
~/Library/Application Support/MailMate/Database.noindex ~/Library/Application Support/MailMate/Messages (maybe .noindex) ~/Library/Application Support/MailMate/AttachmentsNote that
Messagesmight be a symlink to another folder. In that case you should remove that as well.Now launch MailMate and it should start fetching all emails again.
Sorry about the inconvenience! I'll note to try the same thing with a FastMail account to see if I can reproduce the issue.
