Feature Request: additional header lines for Message view

- SingleMessageView -> header
- inlined MessagePreview -> header
Header in mode:
meahders -> list
Expected
- settings for one (or more additinal) header
- values like are possible for columns in MessageList
- or own format string

- instead of adding a column for
