Settings / Bundle: Change Icon and Tooltext for "open readme"

what i do

  • open settings
  • go to tab bundles

what i see

  • there is an arrow icon
  • i think this is the install button to install the bundle

what i expect

  • column header: Help or Readme
  • icon: question mark sign ?
  • icon tooltip: show readme of the bundle

    • State changed from “new” to “fixcommitted”

    The checkmarks are used to install/uninstall. The arrows are link-arrows. They open a browser with the source code of the bundle (and some times this includes some information about the bundle).

    I've added some tooltips to the column headers to make it just a bit clearer.
