Mailboxes no longer dynamically update when rules applied

In previous versions of MailMate, when a smart mailbox caused a message to be moved out of the Inbox, the inbox view would update to reflect the change. Somewhere over the past few months, this behavior has changed to require a manual refresh (in my case, show mailboxes, click on a new mailbox, click back to the old mailbox, hide mailboxes) to update.

In my case, I have a Read mail smart mailbox using my Inbox as a source and with all conditions Tags include Seen (Read), Tags do not include Flagged, and Date-Last-Viewed is not within last 1 hours. This mailbox has a Rule the moves all messages to the Archive mailbox.

In previous versions of MailMate, when a message matched those criteria (typically after an hour), it would disappear from my Inbox, as expected.

Is it possible to fix this bug or, if this new behavior is intended, add an option to apply rules to the current mailbox (ideally with a scriptable interface so it can be triggered automatically).
