Signatures not inserted when generating email via browser
Reported by Adonis | May 8th, 2017 @ 03:53 PM
Using Mailmate Version 1.9.6 (5371)
Clicking on a mailto: browser link that opens mailmate to send an email does not populate the signature for the account mailmate will send the email with. Other email clients handle this perfectly.
~~Then clicking on the Signature button to "append" the signature after the body of the message then proceeds to actually prepend the email, which is not expected and may be a separate bug.~~ (Moved to separate ticket #1752)

Sounds like it's two results of the same problem. I'm not able to reproduce it though.
Does it work if you create a new message using ⌘N and then enter the same email address in the To header as is given in the
mailto:

Not sure if you allow posting links but look at this listing from craigslist (https://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/apa/6112261731.html), click on reply in the listing then click the craigslist generated email. So far I'm getting the above behavior on all of craigslist reply emails, using ⌘N and pasting the email address properly generates the signature. I'm using OS X 10.12.4 and Safari.

I created a new ticket (#1752) to handle what I believe is the behavior I described at the end of this ticket.
