Reply All on a sent message should "follow up" and preserve To/Cc addresses

Version: 2278
Procedure:
1. Send a message with some To and Cc addresses
2. Go to that message in Sent messages
3. Do a Reply All
Expected result: To and Cc addresses are preserved. That way I am "following up" on the original sent message by sending another message with the same to/cc.
Actual result: To and Cc addresses all appear as To addresses.

I have improved this, but there are still some details missing – in
particular copying the Bcc field if it exists.I also fixed a related issue. If the from-address was unknown, MailMate
would treat it as a normal reply. This has been changed such that if the
message is located in Sent and the from name is as expected then it is
treated as a followup-message.I'll keep this ticket open until the Bcc-issue has been fixed.
