"Show Raw Message" options

Hi, some feature requests regarding "Show Raw Message":

1) option to chose other background color for raw message view (i.e., white)

2) buttons to switch between different view modes, preferably in upper right corner of header area and/or message area (related mailing list discussion regarding header view: https://lists.freron.com/mailmate/2016-December/007286.html)

3) option to automatically hide header area when "Show Raw Message" is chosen; leaves more room for the message; currently, the header area shows redundant information when raw message is shown

4) option to "Show Raw Headers", i.e., show raw headers in header area while message view is not changed

There is a related ticket #717 which ask for:

5) option to show headers as part of the rendered mail. Claws Mail, for example, offers this view mode ("message/rfc822") with the option to show only the most common or all headers

    I would definitely like to see item 4 implemented — it's one of the things I miss most from Apple Mail.

    I'd add that I'd be happy with them being formatted as they currently are, but just to have all headers shown rather than the select list, as I generally just want to see what SpamAssassin made of a message or check Sneakemail headers.

    @John: There are low-level ways to customize the headers shown in the headers view. This is probably what I should somehow make easier.

    @Chris: Sorry about the late reply. Your requests are not forgotten. They are just not at the top of my list(s).
