Display error when viewing header with large recipient list

I've noticed a problem with 1.2 (2204) when displaying headers with messages that have very large numbers of recipients. This is repeatable here.
Typically I have the application window open in widescreen mode with no threading and the toolbar hidden. When I do this the centre pane showing the messages is as shown below.

It is a known problem (but no existing ticket for it). The long term plan is to move the headers into the message view and then retire the special headers view, but I'll see if I can easily make some temporary solution to avoid this visual problem.

I've put in a limit to only display 30 recipients and a count of the remaining ones. The only way to see the other recipients is to show the raw message.
