Counters no showing

There are no Counters displayed either in the Dock nor the Menu Bar. The only way to see counters is when keeping the Preferences>Counters window open. Once the Counters windows is closed, the Counters in the Dock or Menu Bar disappear.

- State changed from “new” to “closed”
The counters are only shown when they are non-zero. The only exception is when you are on the Counters preferences pane. This is to ensure that you can see the changes you make to the counter.
