Message not Downloading

I have had this problem a couple of times.
An email shows up in Outlook on my iPad and is visible online in Office 365. However, it never downloads to Mailmate.
It is easy enough to forward the message to myself so I receive it but I occasionally miss message because I am only using Mailmate on my laptop.
The only error message in the Activity Viewer is this one: "03:18:27 Error: Failed to fetch data for 1 messages."
Any suggestions?

I don't really think MailMate can do anything about the rejection. Apparently the email is in some format which the IMAP Exchange interface cannot handle (just guessing). It's a bit strange that it then works when forwarding the email, but that must somehow reformat the message.
But, I actually implemented that MailMate should show a dummy message when this happens (which explains what might have happened). Apparently this doesn't work in this case? Such a dummy message would at least warn you about the presence of the message.
Could you do the following:
- Open the Activity Viewer (⌥⌘0).
- Wait for the issue to happen (the Failed to fetch error).
- Use “Help ▸ Send Server Logs”.
That'll help me find out if I can change something.
